Tips for Sushi Eating
1. If you are Sushi novice, it is a good idea to try out some take out Sushi from a grocery store to find out what is to your liking before trying out a Sushi restaurant.

2. Kaiten-zushi [conveyer Sushi] is usually a cheaper way to eat Sushi.

3. You might be able to find a Korean style Sushi (usually stuffed with seasoned beef and spinach) at your local Asian (Korean owned) grocery store. It is filling and very inexpensive.
Our Own Choice
Our personal picks, limited only in Chicago area, are Kuni's for a nice dining out experience, and True World Market for casual take out Sushi.  Sea Ranch is also tasty.
